A Common View of a Ross

Built by Ross 650 Yachts S.A. (Demonstrator) in 1997, she is the first MkII. She was sold to the current owner in Sept. 1998. Since then, she has sailed very little, (as always lack of time), is always under cover, and has had the interior upgraded for cruising.

Condition:
Sails: New unused Doyle Fraser main and No. 2 jib, original main, jib and spinnaker, plus added heavy weather jib and small spinnaker. All in good condition.
Motor: Hardly used and recently serviced. Hull, Rig and Trailer: In excellent condition. Interior and fittings: Unmarked

			table, chart stowage, battery, fluoro light,
			20 ltr. water storage, ice box/companionway step.

Deck:			2 sheet winches, mostly Ronstan fittings, Spectra ropes
			and halyards, S/S stanchions, aluminium pushpits and 
			rudder stock, nav lights, anchor, chain and rope, 2 fenders.

Instruments:		Compass, speed and depth.

Safety Gear:		2 x PFD Cat. 1 jackets, 2 x Buoyancy vests, 2 sets of flares,
			(one set out of date), EPIRB, V-sheet, manual bilge pump,
			fire extinuisher, 2 fenders.
